Examinations and Reports

Medical examinations, reports, certificates etc. that are requested for special pruposes such as pre-employment, fitness to undertake sport, travel, school, insurance claims etc., are not part of your NHS entitlements and as such will not be dealt with during normal surgery time.

A fee will be payable, current fees are published on notice boards or ask at reception for details

Health Abroad

As an adiditonal service, the practice nurse will offer advice on general health matters for patients who intend to travel abroad.  Information is available for recommended vaccinations, all of which can be arranged at the surgery (with the exception of Yellow Fever).

Please give us plenty of notice or we may be unable to provide these services

Please note that not all vaccinations are available under the NHS.
