If you require continuous long-term medication, your doctor will authorise you to obtain repeat prescriptions.
Please bring or send your written request for a repeat prescription to the Centre. If you enclose a stamped, self-addressed envelope we will return your prescription to you. You can also register for online ordering of repeat prescriptions
Requests for routine repeat prescriptions that are received at the Centre before noon, will be available for collection after 2 p.m. the following working day (Monday to Friday).
We can also accept requests by Fax on 01536 411336
Medication Reviews
From time to time your Doctor will wish to review your condition and your on-going medication. You will be advised that your authorised repeats have been exhausted and asked to make an appointment before your next order. You may be asked to have a blood test, blood pressure check or to attend a Nurse-led clinic.
Changes to Medication
From time to time your medication may change and you will be given written advice. Changes to medication may be made due to safety guidelines, recommended dosage, price changes or interactions with other medications.
Pharmacy Collections
If you have arranged for a Pharmacy to collect your prescription on your behalf, please ensure that the name of the Pharmacy is clearly printed on the request slip.
