We have changed the way we issue prescriptions that are NOT sent to the patient's nominated pharmacy.

From 10th June 2020 almost all prescriptions will be signed and sent electronically (no signatures are required).

Patients will receive a green prescription token that will need to be scanned by the pharmacy.

Our reception team are able to reprint lost tokens. In exceptional circumstances the pharmacy may be able to locate and download the electronic prescription without the token.
