COVID Spring Booster Vaccination

We will contact eligible patients when it is their turn to have the vaccination.

We anticipate to start vaccinating Care Home and Housebound patients in the middle of April.

We will contact you by SMS when it's your turn to have a booster dose. Please use the booking link in the text message if you are able to.

Please ensure we have your current mobile number. Patient with no mobile numbers on record will be contacted by phone. You will also be able to book appointments by speaking to reception.

All appointments need to be pre-booked as vaccines supplies are limited and strictly controlled.
