The NHS App allows access to online service to people over the age of 13. You do not need to contact us to set this up. 

Parents/guardians of children under the age of 11 are now able to request proxy access (parental responsibility is required).

The access will automatically cease on your child's 11th birthday.

Please telephone our reception team and they will organise this for you.
