As part of Eskdaill Medical's on going commitment to providing the best care possible for our patients we have established a Virtual Patient Participation Group.

Membership of this group is open to all patients registered with the practice and we encourage all patients to join. 

Aims of the Group:

1. To provide a forum for patients and the practice to exchange ideas and information on the services provided by the practice and its day to day organisation.
2. To provide a sounding board for the practice to share information about planned changes or service improvements and developments.
3. To provide a direct means of listening to and communicating with patients in areas such as patient survey findings.
4. To act as a representative group to influence the provision of quality healthcare and services by the Practice.
